I am a mosaic artist.  Twenty-two years ago, I found my passion when I attended a mosaic school in Ravenna, Italy in 2001, and steadily my passion has grown.  I love the challenges of "painting" with the hard edges of glass, the sound of the glass cutter, the obsessive thrill of lining up the tesserae.  I gain inspiration from the people and places and birds around me.  Currently, I have a studio at the Studios of Grace, one of four artists  who have  converted a classroom into a studio space at the Grace Presbyterian Church in Gainesville.  I enjoy having open studio on Tuesday and Thursday evenings 6-9 and occasional classes for private parties and children.
