Mike Zeitz

Works in Oil, Watercolor, & Ink

Principally self-taught, Michael Zietz works in ink, watercolor, and oil.

Before coming to Gainesville from Baltimore, he had been working on commissions for individuals and businesses, creating "portraits" of houses as well as portraits of people.  In Baltimore, he had shows at the Weber Gallery, the Monkton Art Gallery, Cathedral of Mary Our Queen, and Pablo's. 

His works have been in juried competitions at Loyola College, the Art Gallery of Fells Point, and in three of the Baltimore Watercolor Society's Mid-Atlantic shows.

Currently living in Gainesville with the lovely Nora, his work has been in shows at the GFAA gallery and now in Melrose.
